Internationally recognised standards. Locally trusted.
To ensure the microbiological quality and safety of our products, samples are tested for key microbiological parameters, including Total Plate Count, E. coli/Coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, and Yeast & Mould.
All testing procedures are conducted under aseptic conditions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
Each sample is carefully weighed and homogenized with Buffered Peptone Water (BPW) to prepare a uniform sample suspension. Appropriate dilutions are then prepared and inoculated onto the respective culture media for microbiological analysis.
The prepared culture plates are incubated under controlled conditions according to the requirements of each test method. Following incubation, microbial growth is examined and recorded to assess the microbiological quality of the sample.
This in-house testing process forms part of our quality control and food safety monitoring programme, helping us maintain consistent product quality and detect potential microbiological concerns before distribution.
