AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF USE

1. Mee Wah has limited delivery areas only. 
   
   If your address is not found to be in our delivery area, but should be, please contact us.  

2. To order online, registered customers must first login by keying in their email address followed by their password.

3. Mode of payment on Mee Wah’s Website is strictly Cash On Delivery, E-Wallet.

4. Customers may use more than one online coupon per order, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the relevant online coupon.

5. Online Coupons are not redeemable for cash.

6. Whenever you use the online services, you must obey the rules of the road and all applicable rules and regulations. 
   
   YOU MUST NOT USE THE ONLINE SERVICES WHILST DRIVING OR WHILST BEHIND THE WHEEL OR CONTROLS OF A VEHICLE THAT IS MOVING OR NOT IN “PARK”.
   
   In the interest of safety at all times, you should only use the online services when it is lawful and safe to do so.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

7. You are responsible for your devices and accounts. 
   
   You are responsible for any devices, software and services needed to use the online services. 
   
   Mee Wah’s does not guarantee that the online services will fully function on any particular device or with any particular software. 
   
   You are also responsible for any messaging and data charges, fees and taxes for your use of the online services, including when we communicate with you by text, email or other means that you choose. 
   
   You may only use the online services with devices that you own or control and using only the authorized operating system. 
   
   If you create an online services account, you are responsible for keeping the account secure and for all activity under the account. 
   
   You can only use one online services account and must keep your account information accurate at all times.

8. All prices listed on the website of the products and services is the price of listing at that given time. 
   
   Our company reserves the rights to change and amend these price lists. 

9. Correct and accurate address must be given when placing orders. 
   
   We will not be responsible or bear any cost if address given is incorrect or inaccurate. 
   
   We will not be responsible for late delivery due to the incorrect information/address or instructions provided by your end. 

10. Any orders that you have placed are subjected to delivery capability, product availability and acceptance by us. 
    
    When you have placed your order online, we will notify you with an email of notification subject to our company’s policy. 
    
    This confirmation will be produced immediately and you must inform us immediately if information is incorrect. 
    
    Once we received order confirmation, we will check the availability of the particular product and our company’s delivery capability.

11. Mee Wah’s right to update or terminate the online services. 
    
    You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Mee Wah’s may update, modify or terminate the online services (or your access to them) from time to time, including by pushing updates to (or removing functionality or access from) any Mee Wah’s website.

12. Updates to these terms. 
    
    Mee Wah’s may also update these terms at any time and at its sole discretion. 
    
    If Mee Wah’s makes material changes to the terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means such as by posting the new terms in the online service. 
    
    If you do not agree to the changed terms, then you must immediately stop using the online services and request that Mee Wah’s close any online services account that you have created.
